Artio are back already *insert audience scream* with their next single ‘All Things End’. Due to be released on the 5th June (which is my birthday, and could I ask for a better birthday present?) ‘All Things End’ is a fresh offering from this up and coming band.

If you don’t know who Artio are by now, they’re a trio based in Leeds, signed to Monomyth records. They recently released their EP ‘Backbone’ earlier this year, which is also a great song. They’ve had an exciting start on their artist journey, including playing sold out shows, and were due to feature in festival shows this summer.

Although ‘All Things Ends’ takes them in a slightly different sonic direction, they still have all of the aspects that make them ‘Artio’. With this new single, Artio bring new production techniques that give a glimpse into what could be the future of the Artio sonic aesthetic. With each progressing release, you can hear the journey that this band are going on, and how themselves, and their writing style is maturing and evolving.

Don’t worry though, this song also has a well thought out lyrical concept, which is well represented in the intense sonic landscapes. “All Things End is about the fear of losing someone after they die. It’s about being so in love with someone that you’ll wait for them wherever you go after death, no matter what spiritual plain you end up in”.

It’s refreshing in this world to see younger bands still going ahead and releasing music in this current situation, and Artio are doing all the right things. Their social media campaigns are extremely mature, and well thought out, focus around teasing fans, and display their artist side, but completely centring all of their social media around the new single’s aesthetic.

Make sure that you set your alarms for 5th June, and don’t miss Artio’s amazing new single, which is set to be a big hit. They've got a very bright future ahead, so make sure you can say you were already one of fans when 'All Things End' comes out.
